Booking & Cancellation Policy: Credit card details are required in order to guarantee your booking. Payments should be made at the hotel upon arrival. Prices quoted are cash prices and should you prefer to pay by a card, please beware of the administration charge of 5% on any card payments. Alternatively you may pay in Euros (in cash) at a rate on day of payment without any commission. The account will be debited for the first night unless cancelled within 72 hours of arrival. Credit card details are accepted if only the card holder is the guest/a member of the group of guests, otherwise the booking could be cancelled by the hotel due to security reasons. Third person's payment is not accepted unless it is a payment by a company. Company payments should be arranged with the hotel prior to arrival. If you are making a booking from a visa required country, booking charge of 20% of the entire booking fee will be debitted from your debit/credit card account within 24 hours of the reservation. This booking charge is non refundable or non-transferable, however this charge will be deducted from the total fee and the remaining payment will be made at the hotel.
